Data we collect
Your name, email address, M-Pesa phone number, referral relationships, task submissions, wallet transactions and withdrawal requests.
How we use it
To verify accounts, process activation payments and payouts, review task quality, credit referral commissions and send account notifications.
Payments
Activation payments and payouts are processed through PayHero. We store payment references and status, never your M-Pesa PIN or full transaction credentials.
Sharing
We share data only with our payment processor and infrastructure providers as needed to run the service, or where required by law.
Security
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security so members can only read their own records.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or account deletion at any time by emailing support@neuraltasks.com. Some transaction records are retained for accounting and fraud prevention.
